Shipments are delivered via UPS C.O.D. ground, customer prepaid, or as otherwise customer requested Damaged, concealed or exposed shipments must be reported to the carrier with 10 days and inspection requested. If at all possible, examine for concealed product damage in the presence of the delivering driver, and note on delivery ticket. Exposed damage must be noted and both consignee and drivers signature are required.
All order require a 15% deposit email billed to the customer prior to order processing. The deposit is applied towards the balance due on the order. The balance on the order is email billed to the customer prior to shipment. If the order for any reason is cancelled prior to processing, specifically before the painting application, the full deposit is can be refundable. If cancelled after the painting application has begun, deposit becomes nonrefundable.

All electronic brass & vitreous faucet come with a standard 1 year limited warranty. The warranty covers the electronic circuit board, electronic water valve, electromatic pop up drain plug (if equipped),. and is nontransferable or assignable. Faucet returns requires a Return Authorization Number. (RAN). Please request a (RAN) number on returns, as no credit can be allowed on a faucet without an authorization number. This warranty is extensive in that it covers replacement of any defective parts. However, damage due to installation error, product abuse, tampering with circuit board voids warranty, product misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether applied by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty. Aquaista will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damages incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for any indirect incidental or consequential damages, losses, injury or costs of any nature relating to this product.. Except as provided by law, this warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those of merchantability or fitness for particular use. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not specifically apply to you. This warranty allows you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction, state to state, province to province , nation to nation.

The electronic faucets shells are virtually maintenance free, except for occasional dusting. Water spots, if any can be removed with a nonalcoholic glass cleaner, or sponge. The electronic water valve filter should be replaced every 5 years, or needed. as per water conditions.
A 10% discount is granted to anyone interested in painting their own faucet. We supply only the paint. Paint is $4.75 per 4 once bottle, all colors. We provide the faucet in bisque form.. Once the faucet has been painted, you will need to contact your local ceramics shop to have your faucet fired in a kiln. Aquaista makes no recommendation or endorsements for ceramic shops and assume no responsibility for lose or damage associated with their services. We will not to fire faucets painted by customers. After your faucet has been fired, return it to us. We will install the necessary electronic, and return the faucet to you for installation. As a general rule, we recommend that you have prior experience with ceramic painting to take advantage of this particular discount.
Aquaista faucets are painted with Amaco paints, supplied by the American Art Clay Co. ,Inc. and labeled for safe use according to the guidelines established by the Art and Creative Materials Institute, Inc,. When choosing your colors or color combination, each faucet model is shown pictured with one or more colors .If for instants, the faucet is pictured in two colors, then you are allowed to choose two colors listed on the various color charts.. If you choose to add additional colors, or prefer a painting scheme different than shown, please contact us for a price quote.
All faucet are single set temperature operated. Normally, the faucet supply line is connected to your homes cold water inlet line. Cold water electronic faucets are ideally suitable for application in homes with half baths. Less concerned with water temperature, complacent with hand washing and general purpose use...Sold separately are adapters that allow the user to preset the hot and cold water temperature to a warm temperature.

Replacement Parts ...?
Their are very few replacement parts actually needed to maintain your electronic faucet. A valve replacement kit maintains your electronic water valve, and should be the extent of any replacement parts required. This replacement kit currently sells for $18.95 USD. The faucet shell under an expired warranty can be exchanged for the same model and color if it becomes damaged at 20% of the original sale price, without extended warranty.
An extended 3 year warranty is available at faucet point of purchase date, exclusive and covers any damage to the faucet shell, chips, cracks, breakage, during this time period.. The extended warranty is $49.95 USD. Shell replacement costs on expired warrantees represent 20% of the original purchase price of the faucet.

This mechanism electronically rises and lowers a manual pop up drain plug assembly (1 1/4" X 8) standard lavatory pop-up basin drain) This option is available at $59.95 USD with initial faucet order. (Installation Picture) The Electromatic Pop Up Drain Plug sold separately at $129.99, offers an up-grade from your conventional faucets manual pop up drain plug to an electronically operated drain plug. Your pop-up drain plug is raised and lowered electronically by simple touching the chrome lift rod on your conventional faucet.
